Hearfully uses the information you choose to share to help you understand your hearing confidence and provide the report you request.

Your assessment

While you answer the questions, your responses are stored in temporary session storage in your browser tab. Results are also kept in that tab so you can revisit them during your session. Closing the tab clears this data. Your name and email address are not stored in browser storage.

When you request a report

This version is a preview. No report delivery service is connected. Contact details entered into the form are not transmitted or saved, and no email is sent. You can view personalized results in this tab.

Analytics and technical information

Optional analytics are disabled by default and require consent before activation. Assessment answers, hearing information, scores, names and emails are excluded from analytics events. Hosting providers may process technical request information to serve and secure the website.
